2015

The Glass House was conceived as an addition for entertaining.  The existing house, a spanish revivial, sits high on the mountain in Woodland Hills, CA

with a 270 degree view of the valley beyond.  The client desired an addition that would “disappear”, yet integrate with the existing house.

Pasadena House

2015

Pasadena House is a multi-phase project that includes the renovation of a prototype all-steel house from the 1020s, a two story addition, a guest house, and a tennis/pool/recreation pavilion.  The site is on a hilltop site with incredible breezes, views, and mature trees.  The client wanted a design that would accommodate a multi-generational family unit for the long term.

2010

This major renovation project included full re-planning and design of the kitchen, laundry facility, guest bathroom, and master bathroom–with exterior shower addition.  Through a full re-organization of the original two bathroom layouts, a full master ensuite was created with a connection to the second bedroom.  The existing laundry room was expanded to include a new second bathroom.  The kitchen was expanded into the living area of the Los Feliz house and a new window designed to frame the view to Griffith Park Observatory.
